Yoga & Meditation at Monsoon Forest is an endeavor to make a person achieve a successful and rejuvenating break from the hectic-chaotic-metro life to the peaceful, serene and blissful world which leads to Sat-Chit-Ananda feeling for an individual. We aim to help individuals to restore the perfect balance between body, mind, and soul which leads to restore better mental and physical health, through our pure and complete yoga and meditation sessions. Our sessions are a combination of up yoga, hatha yoga, and meditation. It is a disciplined science which helps in improving an individual’s physical, mental and psychic health. Yoga also helps in improving body posture, eradication of addictions, controlling negative feelings like anger, anxiety, and depression, keeping a check on blood pressure and improves the functioning of a heart. Regular practice of yoga leads to a better-disciplined life.

Yoga word has its origin from the Sanskrit word “yuj”, which means yoke or unite and also can be translated as ‘harmony’. It relates to harmonizing – body with mind and mind with soul – to achieve a happy, balanced and fulfilling life.
